Minneapolis Airport features a passenger assistance desk (Level T on the Lindbergh Terminal), where staff are open on a daily basis between 07:00 and 23:30. Staff can assist with passenger paging, flight times and terminal advice. Sign-language interpreters can be arranged here, as well as special help for the disabled or elderly.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets


Shops at MSP are located throughout the terminal buildings, with roughly 60 different stores to choose between, selling novelty items and gifts, clothing and fashion accessories, and books and magazines. Popular choices include Aloha Shades, BlackBerry / Wireless Giant, Daily News and Gifts, Estes Gifts and News, Fox News, Gadgets To Go, MSP News Connection, the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Simply Books and Travel Express. A number of the shops are grouped within a retail area named 'The Mall'.

The airport's Travelex branch is sited near doors 5 and 6 of the Lindberg Terminal. Here you can exchange foreign currency, arrange wire transfer between bank accounts, and purchase / cash-in traveler's checks. The Travelex centre is open each day, from 06:00 to 21:00.

The MSP Airport Conference Center is the place to come for business-related amenities, with individual workstations being available for hire (per hour). You can also rent meeting spaces and laptops, whilst making use of the onsite fax machines and photocopiers. Self-service business centers can be found within both the Lindbergh Terminal (Concourses A, B, C, D, E and F) and the Humphrey Terminal (near to Gate H3). Extensive meeting and conference capabilities for around 100 guests are available at the Pierson Grieve Conference Center, which is situated in the Lindbergh Terminal, on the mezzanine level.
